Patti LuPone returns to 54 BELOW in Far Away Places- Part Two 11/3-11/15

54 BELOW, Broadway's Supper Club, will present two-time Tony Award winner Patti LuPone in "Far Away Places - Part Two" November 3 -15. In an evening conceived and directed by Tony Award winner Scott Wittman, LuPone returns with Part Two of the show which she premiered to critical acclaim when 54 Below opened in June 2012. In this continuation of the show (which will include a few encores from the landmark Part One) she further explores her wanderlust, performing songs by an eclectic group of songwriters including Irving Caesar, Billy Joel, David Yazbek, Johnny Mercer and Kris Kristofferson.

Tickets will go on sale to the general public at www.54Below.com starting September 22. Exclusive presale will begin September 15 for members of Club 54, the 54 Below loyalty membership program. "Far Away Places - Part Two" marks LuPone's 7th engagement at 54 Below, and her 2nd engagement since the venue announced a multi-year agreement with LuPone playing two-week engagements at the venue twice yearly. LuPone last appeared at 54 Below in her acclaimed show, "The Lady with The Torch," earlier this summer.

Patti LuPone's New York stage credits include The Anarchist, An Evening With Patti LuPone and Mandy Patinkin, The Seven Deadly Sins (NY City Ballet), Joanne in Company (New York Philharmonic), Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown (Tony, Drama Desk, Outer Critics Circle Award nominations), Gypsy (Tony, Drama Desk, Outer Critics Circle and Drama League Awards), John Doyle's production of Sweeney Todd, Passion, Candide, Can Can, Noises Off, Sweeney Todd (New York Philharmonic), The Old Neighborhood, Master Class, Patti LuPone on Broadway (Outer Critics Circle Award), Pal Joey, Anything Goes, Oliver!, Accidental Death of An Anarchist, The Woods, Edmond, The Cradle Will Rock, Evita (Tony and Drama Desk Awards), Working, The Water Engine, The Robber Bridegroom (Tony Award and Drama Desk nominations). Recordings, in addition to many original cast recordings include Patti LuPone Live, Matters of the Heart, The Lady With The Torch, Patti LuPone at Les Mouches, Far Away Places. LuPone is a founding member of the Drama Division of The Juilliard School and of John Houseman's The Acting Company. She is the author of the NY Times best-seller Patti LuPone: A Memoir.
