No doubt plugging her new SiriusXM channel. It's only temporary for about the next month. Listening to it now. But not sure I can take 24/7 Barbra! :)

Does anyone else find it just a little odd that her duet with Andrea Bocelli is "I Can Still See Your Face"?

Jimmy Fallon seems like a really sweet guy, but I just wish he had asked some better questions when interviewing Ms. Streisand. She seemed very friendly and unassuming although Fallon kept pouring on the accolades and fan worship. I'm sure she's used to it, but if only someone like Dick Cavett had interviewed her, I think it could have been a more substantial appearance. But happy to have her back singing on the "Tonight Show" in New York!

She did say that she's at heart a fairly simple person who likes to spend time at home with her husband. She says a lot of myths about her are untrue, that maybe she should write a book. When asked why there was such a long 27-year break between her singing live in concert, she replied that her forgetting lyrics to 3 songs during her Central Park concert was the reason for her avoiding live performances.

Her first number was a duet with Fallon as he attempted to imitate Elvis Presley, Blake Shelton and someone else-- I forgot who. Barbra's sense of humor was in evidence. Later on she did "Come Rain or Come Shine" with a lot of note improvising which found her in reasonable, though not the best voice but giving it her all nontheless. Still a pleasure to see her though.
