re: TB REGIONAL REVIEW: "DO I HEAR A WALTZ?" in SAN FRANCISCO

The space we play in, sadly, doesn't accommodate an orchestra. We have an incredible music director - one of the finest pianists I've ever had the privilege of hearing. The sounds he can coax out of a single piano are astonishing. An orchestra would be lovely. But sometimes the circumstances simply don't allow it.

I understand the constraints more than I actually understand the length of the run. Didn't it used to be a few nights?

That said, send my love to the lovely Emily - I do adore her and I'm sure she's playing the hell out of it.

Bruce, I wanted to add that the solo CD that Emily recorded with you is in near constant rotation in my music mix. It's a wonderful album (and I've told her as much, too).

Recording that album was a joy. She's something else.

She's freaking amazing.

It's possible Moon shows used to run a few nights - I wasn't paying attention earlier in their history. At least as long as I've been involved with the company (and presumably at least a little bit longer), the shows have been running three weeks.
