Well - not really. They would have to adjust their design for the Stage at the Jacobs, and make a marketing change, but I think these costs would be under $100,000. No move necessary - this deal was just helping Its Only a Play to NOT move.

So ITS ONLY A PLAY in this scenario, would pay $400,000 to The Audience, and save $400,000 itself by not having to move. So self serving in two ways.

Since The Audience with Helen Mirren is likely supposing they will pretty much sell out their run at full price, that $400,000 they have been offered doesnt get them anything they need.
