It's really too bad, isn't it? Producers seems to have an issue with Broderick. He's lost whatever talent he seemed to have had years ago, but he puts fannies in the seats. Or does he? Not really sure. It's an interesting dilemma. Do you ruin your show (he's been pretty awful in everything he's done in the last 10 years - easy) or do you hire him for the security of not losing your investment? I'm not sure he can sell tickets on his name alone anymore. I guess I'd opt for the better actor and hope the quality of work would save the day.
But that's just me.
