first, what involvement?

second, when there is a NFP producer, they have precisely the same economic incentives and disincentives as a for profit producer. Being not for profit does nt translate into an aversion to profit, and the presence of subsidies does not alter that. To suggest otherwise is to misapprehend the essence of the nfp model.
