that is, receiving subsidies, their first priority becomes continuing to receive their subsidies, not capitalist or for profit economics. Comes under contentious politics. Look at Sting. By waiving royalties he is trying to subsidize The Last Ship, something he is entitled to do. The comments here on that action were very perceptive.
