you're assuming they're going to see doyle's work. the ones who don't like his work, aren't. we're going to see sondheim's work or rodger's work or kander and ebb's work. we get stuck with doyle.

i'm one of the few who liked PASSION and, lord knows, i'll take THE VISIT any way i can get it but i still go in spite of not because of doyle.
