It was in 1958 that a theatre column in the Times mentioned that Milton H. Greene and Louis d'Almeida were trying to resurrect the show and were hoping that Everett would star.

In the research I was doing recently about George Maharis, after you posted that link to the Theatre World awards photo, I found that Everett was originally announced to play Dov in Exodus.
