i cry at musicals. not at the appropriate time like when someone does something especially moving or sad but when it hits me that it's firing on all cylinders. the spousal unit hates it when this happens. understandably. luckily it doesn't happen all that often. the last time was the INTO THE WOODS in the park.

the worst was the first time i saw ACL. others sniffle at the end of the monologue. not me. i was sobbing halfway through "at the ballet."
