Does he kill each women. I doubt it. He wouldn't call the cops when girl 1 was missing and then she walks in and tell cops it's ok. If he kills her, how would he explain that away. I guess he could say she wondered Into the woods again and didn't come back. And you wouldn't have each women find the picture, you would just kill them.
