I completely agree. Jackman took a risk with this play, no matter what anyone says. We need risk-taking, stars who embrace new work, knowing their participation ensures the project will have a high profile, and frankly, a shot at finding an audience.

I felt the same way about Robin Williams doing "Tiger..." Nathan Lane in "The Nance." Linda Lavin in "The Lyons." The list goes on.

I hope if Bradley Cooper sells out in "Elephant Man," he'll return in a new play.
