| i sat row E to the side. I personally like being close unless there are big dance numbers. There aren't in this show. I don't like the mezz and i wouldn't sit up there for this show. i'd pick row F if it isn't too far over--the St. James has rather wide side sections. | |

| dramedy - I had to get the Row F sit in the orchestra because the front mezz seat I wanted was gone tonight. I'm seeing the show this Saturday night. | |

| I sat in the third row center of the mezzanine for the first preview and it was a fantastic view. Much better than off to the side in the orchestra. | |

| The front mezz at the St. James is close and kind of wonderful, knee room aside. The first 4 rows of it offer terrific sightlines, not too angled but looking into the stage. And this show is played downstage, only certainly numbers ("Private Conversation") using the entire depth. The mezz works for me. | |

| Dramedy -- the row F is not far to the side, three seats in -- my main concern are tall guys blocking my view. Though I may bring a pillow to sit on. | |

| Hey, some of us tall people do our best to scoot down as far as we can and get our giant bodies out of the way of the people behind us :) | |

| yesterday. About to sit in my same seat for 15 years. I am 6.2", broad shoulders, not overweight. Before I even sat down woman behind me asked that I change seats with my wife so I would not block her view. Of course, doing so would have blocked view of woman sitting behind my wife . She didn't care…was only interested in her own view. (She was on the aisle behind me and I wouldn't have impeded her view.) I scrunch down anyway, pass gas, and snore but hey. I immediately decided I did not like this woman. Went and set with the ushers in the back. We had a great time but I admit I was pissed at this woman. Guess I am an old grumpy white man but this woman's sense of entitlement really got my goat. | |

| I'm 6 foot 5. I can usually help a little if I get creative and at least try and keep from moving my head around too much. I do remember sitting down in my seat for 'Hedwig' and barely being able to fit in the seat at all, let alone slide down a little bit. | |

| Oy, don't even talk to me about moving heads, bobbing heads. This is why I try to get left/right aisle seats or seats in severely raked theaters whenever possible. | |

| I know people can't help being tall but it does seems whenever I sit on the sides in the orchestra on Broadway I usually have a head blocking my view. And I'm not that short -- 5' 8'. | |
