Both Ms. Garai (of the film “Atonement” and television’s “The Hour”) and Ms. Harris (a bona fide theater star since the 1950s) are masters at casually dispensing frilly epigrams, while hinting at an underlying bedrock of purposefulness....Ms. Garai and Mr. Bamji generate a marvelous, bashfully sexy, cross-cultural chemistry.

Not a mixed review at all.
