Joins IT'S ONLY A PLAY, A DELICATE BALANCE, and THE RIVER in breaking house records this season. Holiday week grosses are likely to shatter more records. Not unexpected given star power, premium pricing and generally higher ticket prices. Cooper breaks record held, I believe, by the Bette Midler play from Spring 2013. Congratulations to all the producers!
