Royalties are generally calculated from the NAGBOR, so I guess it depends if it's taken off the top as part of the adjustment or not. If not, then yes, it would be included in the amounts the royalties are calculated from. Actors don't receive royalties because they're on contracted salaries, so the only actors who would, in theory, benefit would be stars who receive a piece of the box office above their contracted salary.
