My take:

The witch is forever cursed because the greens were stolen.
By drinking the potion, she is no longer cursed and thus, all curses are reversed.

Or, she just needs the potion and when her youth and beauty are restored, she reverses their curse.

There isn't a Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo moment, but it's understood.

"You wish to have The curse reversed? I'll need a certain Potion first."
