i don't know if they tinkered with the book or not and if so to what degree but i remember not liking the book before but really enjoying it in performance. again, it's so masterpiece but i came off liking it (the book) a fair amount.

i don't even know how or where i read the book. the performing arts library, maybe? if so, that could well be why the charm escaped me.
