I believe it was the one at the link below, from PBS's The Great American Dream Machine in 1971. One take, one long shot. Everyone who directs telecasts of theatre, concerts, opera and dance for PBS nowadays should be strapped into a chair and forced to watch this over and over again until they learn something. I think this was the second time she had performed the song on television, the first time having been on The Tonight Show.
