Looking for MAKE A WISH libretto...

Looking for a script/libretto for the 1951 musical MAKE A WISH by Hugh Martin, Preston Sturges, and Abe Burrows. It's for research--and I'm having trouble finding it at the New York Public Library or Library of Congress. If anyone has a copy or any leads they can email me, I'd be eternally grateful.
