Fortunately, the noise was no longer present when Act II began. Where were you sitting at the chatterbox? Too bad I couldn't foresee the noise would stop--I can't tune things out, esp. bass repetitive noises. I was at the far back at Chatterbox in the corner across from the entrance, kicking myself for not knowing for certain when A Little Night Music premiered.
