Heidi Thomas, who's adapting the 1959 MGM musical ''Gigi'' for the stage, reveals some of her revisions. She ''restores'' Gigi's place to the center of the story, and tells how she handled the ''hurdle'' of ''Thank Heaven for Little Girls.''
