Close curtain call

Does anyone know what Glenn Close or others said about Mike Nichols during the curtain call at last night's opening. I was fortunate to see the original production of The Real Thing in which all of the leads gave wonderful performances under Mr Nichols' direction. I don't know whether other members of the cast worked with him. To think that Virginia Woolf was the first film he directed. A genius.
