Huh. I wouldn't have considered that a city, but OK. Can't think of anything else that would fit (and a quick perusal of the titles shows that Windsor must be it).

Wait... what was the exact phrasing of the Final Jeopardy clue? The way it is written above says there's five CITIES (not five PLAYS with cities in the title) -- and if it's five cities, we've already got Venice (Merchant of), so Othello can't give us Venice again. In which case, the fifth has to be Windsor.

The 5th is Windsor; Venice gets in twice. I don't think the mention of Othello has any effect.

True. The way it is phrased, it is referring to 5 distinct cities so Windsor has to be one of them.
