I just reviewed it for Library Journal as part of the Broadway Archives box set release. It is pretty dated, but Streep is remarkable in it. Her voice is good, but nowhere near what we have just seen and heard in the Into the Woods trailer. Of course Swados is no Sondheim. Who is?
