I am sure Lahr knows that Mr. Nichols did not direct every Neil Simon comedy. BAREFOOT, ODD COUPLE, PLAZA SUITE and PRISONER OF SECOND AVENUE, were - as you know- all major huge Simon hits directed by Nichols that put Simon on the map forever. In the same ten year period, Nichols also directed THE APPLE TREE and LUV.
