Based on what I saw at the first Broadway preview, there have been very few changes since the Paper Mill production. There were no songs added or subtracted (though there are a few modifications to certain songs), and there were only small changes in the book. The staging looks a bit different, and the scenic design now includes projections to give a better sense of place (Brooklyn, Vegas, and Hawaii).

Tony Danza has pointed out in interviews that his soft shoe interlude has now become a tap dance!
