With little risk. But I think they were very poor near the end of the life, so it would have probably been publicity free type surgery.

They died of cold or flue and one died a few days before the other in a trailer, so they were fairly independent circulatory system. Hopefully the striving twin was so out of it or unconsciences she wasn't aware of the others death.
