GHOST BROTHERS OF DARKLAND COUNTY - Monday night at the Beacon

Posted by: seeseveryshow 01:12 am EST 11/25/14

Did anyone see it/like it?

The obsessed large man/fan in the seat beside me, who looked like he was in a trance, conducted the band with his arms and kept time by robotic foot-tapping, the vibrations of which ran through his seat-encroaching thigh and into my chair. I tried to sit sideways, but nothing would help. So annoying...

I read that the estimable authors of this miserable show have worked on it for 15 years or something. If this is all they could come up with, they should re-examine their intent. I dislike resorting to words like terrible and awful to describe any show, but Act 1 of this nonsense deserves no better description.

I fled from my obnoxious neighbor and the show at intermission.
