Both terrific productions. Angela Lansbury got an amazing standing ovation. I've never seen anything like it. It didn't start in the front, with people getting up in a wave as their sight was blocked. Everyone seemed to stand at once. And I'm often disappointed that Los Angeles theater gets so little attention on this site.
