This show also had an effective marketing campaign, giving audiences only the briefest of hints at what to expect while being perfectly clear that if you like Larry, you probably won't leave disappointed. About the only thing the commercials made clear was that Larry would be playing Larry.

I also agree that there is a particular NY/NJ demo that can, will, and is buying tickets for this show.

I'm seeing it in May and looking forward to it. I was surprised (and quite pleased) that an accomplished theater director will be at the helm and the cast is largely populated with theater vets. (I also have a little crush on Jonny Orsini).
