I think all the tours that play the Bank of America, Oriental, Cadillac Palace, Auditorium, and Broadway Playhouse are part of the Broadway in Chicago subscription series. Some bookings are as short as 6 days. The Bank of America (2016 total seats) is probably the best fit for Gentlemen's Guide (if you ignore the 3rd balcony with 393 seats). If has a smaller feel than the other theaters that are part of the program. GG should do respectably for a 2-week limited run -- possibly very well if Mays heads the tour -- he sold out the Goodman several years ago with I Am My Own Wife (of course, it's apples and oranges).
