So Patricia Clarkson is eligible for Featured Actress in the role that won Carole Shelley a Leading Actress Tony in 1979. (Shelley tied with Constance Cummings in ''Wings.'' Actually, I do think Mrs. Kendal IS a featured role.) And Alessandro Nivola is eligible for Featured Actor, even though I'm sure he has more stage time than Bradley Cooper.
