Matthew Murray takes a look at Honeymoon in Vegas: Are you still keeping your New Year's resolution to eat healthier? If so, congratulations. For the rest of us, heaping helpings of comfort food are becoming increasingly irresistible after a few soul-trying weeks overstuffed with vegetables. Even so, stopping somewhere short of appetizing is the sheer artery-clogging mound of cheese that's passing itself off as the new tenant at the Nederlander, Honeymoon in Vegas. Sure, it may melt smoothly, but it's packed with fat, additives, and artificial colors and flavorings — anything to obscure the fact that this is far from the real deal. . . .
