First of all, please don't use that acronym. Secondly, of course it is more important. Will it reverse the show's fortunes? Probably not, but it is silly to say the Papermill review hasn't helped. The show would not be here without it. And it is silly to say the Side Show review did nothing: it sold some number of tickets, just not enough. Why is it important? I can think of three damn good reasons. First, had Ben reversed himself, the closing notice would have gone up this weekend. Second, it gives the production something to fight with. Third, it will definitely sell sme number of tickets. If that number is 10,000, the show will still close soon, but I know very few people who would look at over a million in revenue and not be happier than they would be without out. Would you?
