I think it's not especially unusual for some people in their 50s to have an active casual sex life. She does say that her current boyfriend is 26. Not tough to believe that a star in her 50s who has lots of money would have a boyfriend of 26, especially if she looks great for her age, as Carlotta clearly does.

If she is much younger than 50, "I'm Still Here" starts to not make sense. Really, for it to make sense she should probably be around 53-55.

But I think that much older than that also doesn't make much sense. Probably not too many 30-year-old chorus girls in the Weismann Follies, though perhaps a few.
