1. It is up to the production, obviously, but it seems like most release something especially if the news is good. 2. Weekly "receipts" are not public or published. What is public is the weekly revenue, for that week's shows. If you sold 0 tickets for the current frame but a billion dollars in tickets for future weeks, it would still show zero in monday's published info.
