Can I just ask what makes a presumably grownup person to be "disappointed" that a celebrity didn't get an oscar nomination? I mean, out of all the things in the world that may upset you, why would you be bothered that a complete stranger, who - like all Hollywood A-list actors - is unproportionally privileged vs. 99.9% of everyone else in the world, is not nominated to receive an industry award? And I am not trying to be a troll. I am asking coz I really don't get why people actually care/feel bad for a movie star's vanity.
