It's better than the rear balcony or the rear mezzanine (which is awful), but it's pretty far and high from the stage. I've always had very good luck moving at City Center to better unsold seats. I think there may be bar, but I'm not sure.

Yes, there is a bar and I find it quite intrusive. I usually sit in row C to clear it.
