I was in last row center rear mezz (right next to the rear doors) for Side Show's first preview and had no complaints about the view. I also happily sat a few rows lower at a later performance. Any sightline issues were ones I'm used to being 5'2", not due to the specific theater setup.

Thanks so much. I just double checked to make sure those last two mezz rows are only $37 a seat. Sounds great!
