Im with you....I saw it on a recent weekend trip (Side Show was my other show). I found Honeymoon to be a light/frothy/funny musical comedy. It knew EXACTLY what it wanted to be from the first downbeat to the end of the show. I was completely entertained the entire 2 hours.

I wish I could say the same for Side Show. As a long time fan of the OCR (and a victim to the original closing earlier than my purchased ticket) I went in with the highest of hopes. I was SO let down with what was up on stage. Two lead actresses who I felt had little to no connection (despite the sewn in dresses), a book that was still a bit of a mess, a portrayal of Jake that bordered on being zombie like etc etc.

I paid full price for Side Show...and paid 4.00 for Honeymoon (through a papering service). I wish I had done the opposite...Honeymoon stole my heart that weekend, and Side Show broke it.
