I'm sure the producers made the right decision. To but a musical into a theatre where you would have to move after only four or five months is insane. We no longer have wing-and-drop sets that can be moved during a day off. If it costs IT'S ONLY A PLAY about $800,000 to make the move (their estimate per various news items) imagine what it would cost a big (even small) musical!
