Has anyone else randomly stopped receiving Roundabout's presale emails?

I used to get presale emails for a variety of reasons from Roundabout, but they stopped coming. Some friends still get them and I can't figure out why they took me off the list. Other friends have also been taken off the list as well, seemingly without explanation. I have contacted customer service about it, but figured I'd write here to see if I'm the only one with this problem (i.e. I'm crazy) or it's a bigger issue (i.e. they're crazy). Thanks
