He has - but given the crime he was convicted of, it would certainly be legitimate to object to his being cast in, for example, any production which had minors in the cast (which is not an issue in this particular case). So if it's not an issue in this particular case, why is his casting an issue in this particular case? (If it weren't an issue in this particular case, this thread wouldn't be here.)
