LESLIE JORDAN March 26 28 After two sold out engagements in 2014, Emmy Award winner Leslie Jordan returns to Feinstein’s at the Nikko with his all new show Say Cheese! My Life In Front of the Camera. Jordan is one of the most recognizable faces in entertainment having created memorable supporting roles and appearing as a guest star on TV shows including Will and Grace, The Exes, Raising Hope and American Horror Story and on the big screen in The Help and Sordid Lives. He has had ups and downs since his arrival in Hollywood in 1982 and has remained constant, relevant and funny through it all. RUSS LORENSON APRIL 1ST In A Little Traveling Music Russ Lorenson takes audiences on the musical journey of his life via the great standards of the 20th Century, from London to Chicago, Gershwin to Mercer, Paris to New York, and Mancini to Manilow. He makes the trip unique as he tells the story of his odyssey from being a full-time stage performer to a high-tech executive with a million mile travel schedule and back, again, to the stage. LEA SALONGA APRIL 2 to 5th Internationally recognized for her powerful voice and perfect pitch, Lea Salonga is best known for her Tony Award-winning portrayal of Kim in Miss Saigon. She was also the first Asian to play Éponine in Les Misérables on Broadway and returned as Fantine in the 2006 revival. Lea has continued to celebrate the music of Alan Boublil and Claude-Michel Schönberg, the creators of Les Misérables and Miss Saigon, by participating in the recurring concert Do You Hear the People Sing? with other renowned artists worldwide. She has also appeared in Flower Drum Song on Broadway, Cats in Manilla and Allegiance at San Diego’s Old Globe Theatre. On film, Salonga sang the role of Princess Jasmine in Aladdin and Fa Mulan in Mulan and Mulan II. She just wrapped a tour with Il Divo and when she is not singing herself, she serves as a coach on the Phillipine version of The Voice. BETTY ROI APRIL 8TH Betty Roi is an authentic French chanteuse. Born in Paris, but a San Francisco resident since 1983. She has performed French cabaret music throughout the Bay Area and has released three CDs entitled Enchante, La Chanteuse de Paris, and La Lumiere du Son . Her third Feinstein’s at the Nikko appearance will include a collection of songs made famous by Josephine Baker and Edith Piaf that evoke feelings of love, longing and happiness. STEVE TYRELL APRIL 9, 10, 11, 12-16-17 Steve Tyrell Grammy Award-winning vocalist/producer Steve Tyrell has been setting A New Standard (the title of his 1999 debut album) for interpreting The Great American Songbook – most notably on Songs of Sinatra (#5 on the Billboard Jazz Albums Chart) and It’s Magic: The Songs of Sammy Cahn (#2 on the chart). His recently released 11th album, That Lovin’ Feeling celebrates what he refers to as “The Great American Songbook 2; the next generation of the Songbook,” recording seminal rock era classics penned by legendary songwriters that defined a generation. These cherished friends include Burt Bacharach and Hal David, Carole King and Gerry Goffin, Barry Mann and Cynthia Weil, and Neil Sedaka.
