Indeed, Finding Neverland has many faults. Never bad, but always mediocre. Score not terrific, but they seem to have one tune (lyrics When your feet don't touch the ground) that seems to be in several songs, so at the end of the show you say "hey I can hum the score!" :-)

I liked the rousing first act closer. But little else seemed to "rouse."

One aspect so bad - the choreography. One reviewer (maybe Variety) described the opening number as the dancers jumping around like Mexican jumping beans. I described it to my companion as the angry kids in Matilda all grown up. I had to stifle a laugh at nearly every dance.

However, I did really like Morrison and Grammer.
