Beverly Sills couldn't have kept Living On Love running. And even such stars as Mary Martin and Carol Channing had their flops. It is way too glib as others have stated to blame the lack of interest particularly in this heavily competitive Spring upon a perceived lack of appeal in the extremely appealing and talented Renee Fleming.
