Setting aside all the other obstacles that have been discussed, and the fact that the show is doing worse than terribly even after reviews and a Tony nom, why are you so sure "she'd show up"? Let's pretend you are a Name at Lloyds. Would you underwrite this risk? And at what price? I am guessing the premium for insuring her showing up would be in the vicinity of $350k a week, with a 75% carryover. Now let's pretend you are a producer. Would you pay that premium? It's easy to be a Pollyanna when you have nothing at stake.
