I've looked through all the responses and haven't seen this one: Rise Stevens as Anna in The King & I at Lincoln Center (1964). There's also a recording of that production. Sorry, there should be an umlaut on Rise but I haven't figured out how to do that on my keyboard. I knew her and she wouldn't be amused.
