It seems not to have gone live yet. In the meantime, I did a little analysis of the source of the winners over the last 10 years. Only one had no non-Broadway provenance, 5 were off-B to Bwy transfers (including 2 that arrived on Bwy (or will arrive) in seasons after the award), 2 UK imports, one transfer from other US cities and there was one year in which no award was given.
